Product descriptions, specifications, availability, lead times, shipping estimates, manufacturer information and pricing may originate from third-party suppliers or manufacturers and may change without notice.

RedBee does not guarantee that any particular product, supplier, manufacturer, price, delivery schedule, government opportunity, solicitation, or contract will remain available.

Nothing on the Website guarantees the award of any government or commercial contract.

Applicable solicitations, purchase orders, contracts, quotations and transaction documents control in the event of a conflict with general Website content.

Artwork displayed on the Website may be subject to prior sale, reservation, withdrawal, or changes in availability.

Artwork purchases may also be subject to RedBee’s Art Purchase Terms and Artwork Returns & Refunds provisions.

Unless otherwise indicated, Website content—including RedBee names, logos, graphics, text, designs, layouts, photographs, artwork images, videos and other materials—is owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by RedBee or applicable rights holders.

Purchase or ownership of physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, merchandising, or other intellectual-property rights.
