04Payments

Where online payments are available, payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment processors.

RedBee may receive transaction information such as customer name, billing details, transaction amount, payment status and limited payment identifiers.

RedBee does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers where payment information is collected and processed directly by an independent payment processor.

Payment processors may process information pursuant to their own terms, security practices and privacy policies.

05Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, performance, preferences and other legitimate purposes.

Government-related information subject to specific contractual, statutory, regulatory, or agency safeguarding requirements will be handled in accordance with those applicable requirements.

07We Do Not Sell Personal Information

RedBee does not sell personal information.

RedBee does not operate as a data broker and does not sell customer, collector, supplier, government contact, Website visitor, or other personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

RedBee may disclose information to service providers and other parties where reasonably necessary to operate its business, provide requested services, complete transactions, process payments, arrange shipping or insurance, perform procurement activities, comply with law or contractual requirements, protect legal rights, or for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Such operational disclosures are distinct from selling personal information.

RedBee also does not intend to disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar purposes that constitute “sharing” under applicable privacy law.

If RedBee’s practices materially change in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism will be provided.

08Data Retention

Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate legal, contractual, accounting, tax, procurement, compliance, security, provenance and business-record purposes.

However, no Internet transmission, website, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. RedBee therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to replace or diminish any additional information-security or safeguarding obligation applicable to RedBee under a government contract, solicitation, law, regulation, or other binding requirement.

RedBee does not sell personal information.

The Website is intended for a general business and adult audience and is not directed toward children.

Users should not submit through general Website forms or ordinary Website functionality:

Where RedBee receives, processes, stores, or transmits government information subject to specific safeguarding requirements, such information will be handled pursuant to the applicable contract, solicitation, law, regulation, agency requirement, security requirement, or other binding obligation.

16Artwork and Collector Information

Information relating to artwork inquiries and acquisitions may be used to administer transactions, payments, authentication, Certificates of Authenticity, shipping, insurance, customs clearance, delivery, provenance records and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

RedBee may retain appropriate artwork transaction records where reasonably necessary for authenticity, provenance, contractual, compliance, legal, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

17Third-Party Websites

RedBee is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of independent third-party websites or services linked from the Website.

18Corporate Transactions

Information may be transferred in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, investment, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and applicable information-protection obligations.

19Legal Disclosures

RedBee may preserve, use, or disclose information where reasonably believed necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, contractual obligation, or to protect RedBee, its users, clients, partners, property, operations, or legal rights.

This provision does not authorize disclosure prohibited by applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, government safeguarding requirement, or binding nondisclosure obligation.
